Dick Durbin’s Programming Glitches During COVID-19 Announcement

Sen. Dick Durbin has COVID-19. How do I know? Because he announced it to the world on Sunday, proclaiming his thankfulness for the vaccines and boosters he has partaken in, to which he ascribes his “mild symptoms.”

It was your standard left-wing political pronouncement about being infected, one we’ve seen countless times over the last several years. But in this case, we hadn’t just seen something like this before. We had seen this exact thing before.

Apparently, those booster regimes work so well that Durbin got COVID twice in a little over half a year. And while the two posts are nearly identical, he does make a few changes.

For example, in the new one, he’s just “boosted” instead of “double boosted,” likely because he’s been shot up with multiple more doses in the elapsing time between the two posts. He also said he’ll quarantine in the original one, but the new one cuts that part out. I guess the virus stopped being contagious or something.

Does it strike no one else as odd that these quintuple-boosted people continue to get COVID-19 over and over? I’ve gotten the virus exactly once, way back in December of 2020. I’ve gotten sick a few times since then but haven’t tested positive again.

Why, it’s almost like natural immunity, which essentially every American garnered during the omicron wave, is durable and effective, making the continued touting of the shots pointless. Oh wait, that’s exactly what the science shows (see Landmark Study Vindicates Everyone Who Touted Natural Immunity to COVID-19).

But I digress, you have to love the “I’m only experiencing mild symptoms” brag these posts always contain. Apparently, no one else in history has ever had a mild case of COVID-19 except those who look like an acupuncture patient from all the jabs they’ve received. Who knew? I guess that mild case of COVID-19 I had before the vaccines were even readily available was a figment of my imagination.

That’s not to say that the original vaccine didn’t lower death rates among certain groups (namely the obese and elderly). I’m of the mind that it served a purpose in that time period, but we are well into 2023 now. Natural immunity is a thing that is proven to be effective, and continuing to insinuate that one must be jabbed and boosted to experience a mild case of COVID-19 is ridiculously dishonest. It’s also an assumption that can’t actually be proven. No one, including Durbin, actually knows if he would have had a mild case regardless.

What I do know is that if you are at the point of copying and pasting your COVID-19 infection announcements because you keep getting the virus despite getting every shot available, maybe just don’t. It only makes you look silly and unserious. It’s not convincing anyone to go get the vaccine. If anything, it’s having the opposite effect. Better to keep it to yourself, battle out your mild cold, and act like you’ve been there before because, well, you have.

National Press Shamelessly Push New ‘Evidence’ of COVID-19 Natural Origin Theory

The national press is going wild over supposed new “evidence” that COVID-19 originated in nature. That follows recent findings by the US government that the virus likely originated in the Wuhan Institute of Virology (the lab leak theory).

According to multiple outlets, including The New York Times and The Atlantic, a crack “international team of virus experts” has found reason to believe that a “raccoon dog” was infected. The idea is that this raccoon dog was one of the animals sold in Wuhan’s now-infamous wet market.

Genetic samples from the market were recently uploaded to an international database and then removed after scientists asked China about them.
An international team of virus experts said on Thursday that they had found genetic data from a market in Wuhan, China, linking the coronavirus with raccoon dogs for sale there, adding evidence to the case that the worst pandemic in a century could have been ignited by an infected animal that was being dealt through the illegal wildlife trade.
The genetic data was drawn from swabs taken from in and around the Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market starting in January 2020, shortly after the Chinese authorities had shut down the market because of suspicions that it was linked to the outbreak of a new virus. By then, the animals had been cleared out, but researchers swabbed walls, floors, metal cages and carts often used for transporting animal cages.

You don’t even have to get past the first sentence to see the problem here. The genetic data being cited just so happened to be put up and then removed from an international database. Who uploaded it? Well, that would be the Chinese government, the very same government that has every incentive to continue its quest to disprove the lab leak theory. Does that sound like a rope-a-dope to you?

Based on the genetic data that the CCP put out, this team of “virus experts” wants you to believe that it should be seen as near definitive proof that COVID-19 began in nature. Yet, when you read further into the article, it becomes clear that the dots that are being connected don’t even connect, and that’s even if you are naive enough to believe China’s data.

The jumbling together of genetic material from the virus and the animal does not prove that a raccoon dog itself was infected. And even if a raccoon dog had been infected, it would not be clear that the animal had spread the virus to people. Another animal could have passed the virus to people, or someone infected with the virus could have spread the virus to a raccoon dog.

So let me get this straight. This big bombshell is based on data uploaded by China that doesn’t show that any raccoon dogs sold at the market were even infected? It’s just incredible to see the media propaganda organ at work.

It gets worse, though. Apparently, this crack team of “virus experts” includes some of the same people who sought to discredit the lab leak theory originally.

Let’s put this all together. A team of “virus experts” who have long sought to dismiss the lab leak theory are using genetic data provided by the CCP that doesn’t even prove raccoon dogs were infected to proclaim that the natural origin theory is somehow evidence-based. Did I miss anything?

Here are the facts in the simplest terms. No scientist has yet found any animal that was actually infected with COVID-19. Without that link, the natural origin theory remains uncredible nonsense. On the other hand, we know that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was manipulating coronaviruses. So again, which theory seems more plausible to you? That the virus leaked from a lab that was in the very city the pandemic started in? Or that a still unidentified animal magically transferred COVID-19 to humans via being sold at a wet market? I know which way I’m still leaning.

Bipartisan House Unanimously Votes to Declassify Intel Regarding COVID Origins

In a stunning result, both House Republicans and Democrats have unanimously voted to release the intel concerning the origin of the COVID-19 virus, forcing the Biden administration to lay its cards on the table and reveal where the Coronavirus got its start.

After many were called “conspiracy theorists” for coming to the conclusion that the virus came from a lab in Wuhan, China, information seen during the recent Oversight Committee hearings on COVID Origins effectively proved them all right.

Now, according to Fox News, in a 419-0 vote, House lawmakers on both sides of the aisle are sending a bill to President Biden to sign that would have the director of national intelligence to declassify all intelligence related to the Wuhan Institute of Virology and its links to the COVID-19 virus. This comes after a unanimous vote in the Senate on the bill as well.

President Biden hasn’t signaled that he’ll veto the bill at this point, which is a sign that it will get signed.

North Carolina Republican Greg Murphy has made it clear he has Dr. Anthony Fauci on his mind as he awaits the declassified info.

“In January of 2020, Dr. Fauci received emails that promulgated that COVID-19 looked engineered and not from the wild,” Murphy said according to Fox News. “Yet three weeks later, to save his own skin, he commissioned a scientific paper which ‘debunked’ the lab theory. He was academically and intellectually dishonest.”

“The truth is that Dr. Fauci and his institution funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money to promote dangerous gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology without proper guardrails,” he added.

Democrats like Jim Himes of Connecticut still hold that there’s no evidence of this but that the information will reveal if Murphy’s theory is true or not.

“The chairman [Turner] and I have seen all of the classified information on this, and we don’t know,” Himes said. “We don’t know the origins of the COVID pandemic. So whatever is ultimately declassified, I would hope that my colleagues and the American people would approach that information with the humility, the intellectual humility that we need to approach something as serious as a pandemic and how we behave as citizens in a democracy.”

While he claims to not have seen any evidence despite having seen all the info, the admonishing of the American people about their reaction to it before its released says a lot more. Clearly, there’s something in the files that won’t make Fauci look good.

At the very least, Himes believes China has done some very real damage and has tried to stop people from getting the info that proves it.

“At every juncture, the PRC [People’s Republic of China] government has obfuscated and obstructed legitimate inquiries and investigations into the origins of the disease,” Himes said. “China’s approach has been deeply irresponsible and dangerous to global public health.”

As Axios wrote, the bill tells the DNI to “redact only what’s necessary to protect sources and methods” but adds that this could be interpreted “liberally.” More information could be hidden than should be, and given the depth of this story, it shouldn’t surprise anyone if it is.
