Education on the Rocks: Taxpayers Help Children Realize They’re ‘Moongender’ and ‘Rockgender’

September 26, 2023 by Alex Parker Leave a Comment

Perhaps you subscribe to the relatively brand-new idea of “gender” — a layer of identity apart from sex which, we’re suddenly told, critically defines us. But simply having a gender doesn’t mean you’re with the times; “men” and “women” are as antiquated as opera. The hip way of indentifying…rocks.

One company can assure you of such. Introducing Gender Spectrum, a West Coast consortium that describes its intent thusly:

[Our] mission is to create a gender-inclusive world for all children and youth. … We envision a world that is affirming and inclusive of children and teens of all genders.

A bit of backstory:

Established in 2006, Gender Spectrum emerged as a response to the limited resources and support available for families and educators interacting with gender-expansive children and teens. We began as the first national transgender parent support group and quickly expanded to offer the first trainings for California elementary and pre-schools transgender & gender-expansive children. One year later in 2007, Gender Spectrum incorporated after creating the first Family Conference for caregivers of gender-diverse children & teens.

Fast-forward to Family Conference 2022, and instruction reported by OpenTheBooks.com. At the meet, Manager of Family and Education Programming Naomi Cruz told teachers mum might need to be the word around moms and dads:

“If parents are not supportive of neogender identities and the youth is feeling really torn because of that, I definitely recommend supporting that youth in the ways that you can, so definitely making sure to use this youth’s pronouns when it’s safe to. The youth may request, obviously, ‘Don’t use these pronouns around my parents,’ but when you two are alone or in spaces where their parents are not there, or the youth has indicated that it’s safe, making sure to use those neopronouns or making sure to refer to them in ways that make them feel gender affirmed.”

What all can former boys and girls be? A conference terminology sheet listed three realms of recognition:

  • Nounself Pronouns: a subtype of neopronouns that uses nouns to construct pronouns
  • Emojiself Pronouns: a subtype of neopronouns similar to nounself pronouns but instead relies on emojis or symbols as pronouns
  • Noun Genders: a subtype of neogenders that uses nouns in the identity term

Those favoring emojiself pronouns may turn out to be “smileyself,” while nounself-pronoun people might hop to the beat of “bunself.” For those in need of noun-gender justice, a trio of triumph was displayed:

  • Foxgender
  • Moongender
  • Rockgender

In the past, someone calling themself a fox would’ve been taken as boldly braggadocious. And a person presenting themself as “moon” might’ve been said to be showing their butt. But these are the days of supreme self-focus; and while one’s gender isn’t set in stone, the concept of elastic identity is solid as a rock. In fact, via a nine-year grant, Gender Spectrum is set to receive millions from taxpayers.

Back to Open The Books:

Gender Spectrum will collect $2,340,000 from the California Department of Public Health, Office of Health Equity for the California Reducing Disparities Project.

Family Conference 2022 named “possible members of the [Gender Support Team]” for transgender and nonbinary students:

  • Parents/Caregivers(?)
  • Student (?)
  • School Leadership
  • School Nurses
  • Counseling Staff
  • Teachers/Other Staff Working Directly with Child
  • Mental Health Providers
  • Supporting Organization

It’s all part of colossal cultural and governmental growth:

Though Gender Spectrum’s open-mindedness is impressive, it isn’t limitless. If a child picks a gender encompassing “a racial, ethnic, religious, or disability group they are not a part of,” says Open The Books, “the parent must direct the child to a different neogender.”

For example, only autistic people are allowed to use “autigender” or “autismgender.” [Naomi Cruz provided] a script for parents to correct their children in these cases:

“Yes, I understand that this term means something to you, but perhaps we can create another term or another pronoun that also has a meaning to you, but isn’t specific to a certain racial, ethnic, or other group where there are closed identities and pronouns.”

There are kinks to be worked out; then again, “kink” is probably a gender.

Speaking of refinement, Gender Spectrum’s role in our revolution may be morphing. According to independent reporter Christina Buttons, the initiative recently announced it will soon be “ceasing all direct service programming” — whatever that means.

Regardless, it’s a new era. And where identity is concerned, almost anything goes. So if you’re sly as a fox, you might be one. If you feel over the moon, be sure to check that you aren’t simply its exact height. And if, this Halloween — like Charlie Brown — you get rocks instead of candy…and if you ingest them…it may in fact be true: You are what you eat.

Rock on.

Parents Defend Themselves from Violent Antifa Militants at ‘Education Over Indoctrination’ Protest

September 22, 2023 by Brandon Morse Leave a Comment

Wherever traditional values are being fought for, you can expect the left’s foot soldiers to show up and begin attempting to intimidate and assault people. When Antifa heard parents were getting together to keep political indoctrination out of their schools, they were compelled to show up in force.

As originally reported by Post Millennial, the “Education over Indoctrination” event in Toronto attracted the attention of the radical leftists, spurring a physical confrontation that involved a 16-year-old getting punched by an Antifa militant who was eventually unmasked:

The “Education over Indoctrination” event, which was organized by Billboard Chris and Josh Alexander to protest against radical gender ideology and LGBTQ indoctrination happening in Canadian classrooms, kicked off around 11 am at Victoria Park College Institute and Annunciation Catholic School.

Hundreds of individuals convened outside of these two adjacent schools to make their voices heard when Antifa and other far-left agitators arrived to violently disrupt the event in a militant-like fashion. They immediately started assaulting people who were peacefully protesting in the crowd, which included students, parents, and veterans.

Nick Alexander, a 16-year-old student at Annunciation Catholic School, who is the brother of event organizer Josh Alexander, was left bloodied after being violently beaten by a black-clad member of Antifa who had his identity concealed behind a mask.

The Antifa militant punching a 16-year-old was caught on camera as well. His face was then exposed by police.

Another man was swarmed by Antifa and was later arrested himself. It is currently unclear what the police arrested him for.

According to student activist Josh Alexander, who was interviewed by Post Millennial, his brother and the gentlemen were arrested after they were assaulted by Antifa. Alexander would later say the police arrested his brother over not following orders, though it’s unclear why the other gentleman in the video above was arrested.

“It’s easier for police to arrest the two victims rather than the entire crowd of perverted and corrupted unions, so…that’s what they did, I guess,” said Alexander.

This is not the first time Antifa has attacked parents protesting the political indoctrination of their children at school. In Glendale, California, parents had a physical confrontation with Antifa at a school board meeting.

(READ: Massive Brawl Breaks out Outside Glendale, CA School Board Meeting as Armenian Parents Take on the Alphabet Mob)

This isn’t the first time parents have been forced to confront Antifa and it won’t be the last. As more and more parents become involved in removing the culture of political indoctrination from their children’s schools, you can bet militants will make an appearance to intimidate and dissuade parents from doing what they need to do to keep their kids safe.

Kansas City High School Crowns Biological Male Homecoming ‘Queen’ – and It’s Not the First Time

September 20, 2023 by Becky Noble Leave a Comment

As the left’s march to eliminate and erase any entity or practice that has been traditionally reserved for women — like women’s sports and pledging sororities — continues, now comes yet another time-honored tradition that will be yanked away from young girls and given to males pretending to be girls. That is the practice of crowning high school Homecoming Queens. We might expect this to happen in places like California or New York, but the tentacles of transgenderism are reaching into America’s midwest as well. The latest example of this: Last week, a Kansas City high school crowned a biological male as its Homecoming Queen.

Our queen. Happy HoCo! pic.twitter.com/adkJqENM2h

— Oak Park High School (@Northmen_OPHS) September 16, 2023

North Kansas City Schools made the announcement on social media by posting pictures from Oak Park High School, where Tristan Young, a biological male, was crowned the school’s Homecoming Queen. Four pictures appeared on the school’s X page, showing Young winning the title. One of the pictures is of Young posing with the other Queen candidates, all biological females, who lost out to Young, a male. Another photo shows Young standing alone and the caption reads, “Our queen. Happy HoCo!” But as maddening as this is, there is another interesting detail about North Kansas City School’s social media post, the only people who can respond to the X post, are people that the school itself mentions. Hmmm… Why wouldn’t Oak Park High School want everyone to congratulate their new Homecoming Queen?

Young responded to the post by saying,

“i [sic] am forever thankful that you have chosen me to be your homecoming queen. i [sic] have had a very difficult high school journey, but having the support of my friends, family and oak park has helped tremendously, i [sic] truly don’t know where i [sic] would be without it,”

But while Tristan Young would have undoubtedly been elated to be a trailblazer at Oak Park High, he is not. There may have been, what might be described as a dry run for this, way back in 2015 at the same school. That year, Landon Patterson, also transgender, but for that time, a bit more uncommon, was crowned Oak Park’s first transgender Homecoming Queen. It also turns out that Patterson managed to invade still another predominantly female space, having been a cheerleader at Oak Park High School. But perhaps the saddest part of the transgender movement, especially when it comes to young people, are parents who willingly go along with it. At the time of Patterson’s crowning, his mother, Debbie Hall, commented, “He’s a cute boy, but a beautiful girl.” Patterson also commented on Young’s crowning commenting on Instagram, “So iconic! So deserving.” It is now “iconic” for biological males to cheat women out of Homecoming Queen titles, as much as it is sports achievements and spots in a sorority. It begs the question, what’s next?

So stunning & brave🤴🏻✨

Another reminder to all girls that men make the best women. I wonder if a female will win homecoming king or if it’s understood that both of these spots are reserved for males. Who’s to blame here? pic.twitter.com/ZXHU6Wyiiy

— Riley Gaines (@Riley_Gaines_) September 18, 2023

Former University of Kentucky star women’s collegiate swimmer Riley Gaines, who now heads up the Riley Gaines Center at the Leadership Institute of Virginia, weighed in on Tristan Young’s Homecoming Queen win on social media, saying:

So stunning & brave. Another reminder to all girls that men make the best women. I wonder if a female will win homecoming king or if it’s understood that both of these spots are reserved for males. Who’s to blame here?”

As the left tries to normalize biological males edging out women in such things as sports, and other activities, those who once marched in the streets for the rights of women, are now actively attempting to erase them from places once reserved for only women. Sorority sisters at the University of Wyoming were recently forced to admit a transgender member and allow that person to live in the sorority house with biological women. It has all but ruined the college and Greek experience of many of the sorority members.

There is no word on whether or not any of the female Homecoming Queen candidates spoke about Tristan Young’s win. If any of them do voice any opposition, their remaining days at Oak Park High will undoubtedly be made unbearable. They would likely suffer the same fate as anyone who dares challenge the transgender mob: name-calling and being virtually ostracized at school, not to mention the treatment they would receive on social media that would surely ensue. The rights of actual women just don’t matter, that is clear. Like Riley Gaines and her teammates, they are expected to just shut up and accept it. After all, as transgender Homecoming Queen number one, Landon Patterson at Oak Park High stated, it is “iconic.”

A society can’t function like this for much longer.

Conservatives Knock Trump Over Baffling Response When Asked if a Man Can Become a Woman

September 17, 2023 by Jeff Charles Leave a Comment

Former President Donald Trump is taking heat from folks on the right for his interview with journalist and podcaster Megyn Kelly. The latest controversy centers on his response when asked about transgender issues.

Kelly asked Trump whether a man can become a woman. The former president’s response was a combination of hesitancy and ambiguity. After a long “ummmmmm,” Trump offered, “In my opinion, you have a man, you have a woman. I, I, I, think part of it is birth.”

He continued: “Can the man give birth? No. They’ll come up with some answer to that also someday.”

What do you think of Trump’s response when asked whether a man can become a woman?

Was it acceptable or too hesitant?

Will it matter in the primary election? pic.twitter.com/g59pKqVLyZ

The clip, which has gone viral on social media, was widely panned by conservatives and Republicans, who roasted the former president for not giving a simple, definitive answer.

Trump had to think pretty hard about whether a man can become a woman.

During a speech on Friday, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who is also seeking the GOP presidential nomination, said:

Trump has come out firmly against the use of “gender-affirming care” on minor children, referring to it as “the mutilation of children.”

He also acknowledged the existence of detransitioners who undergo these procedures as kids and then later regret them. The former president noted that many of these individuals, when they’re older, ask: “Who did this to me? Why did you do this to me?”

Poll: Huge Percentage of Americans Don’t Think Men Should Be Allowed to Play Women’s Sports

September 16, 2023 by Bob Hoge Leave a Comment

If you read the mainstream news, you’d think that virtually every U.S. citizen is all in on biological men competing against women and girls in organized athletics. The trend has grown markedly in recent years, with people who were born male entering women’s rugby, cycling, weightlifting, swimming contests—even poker tournaments.

But it turns out that the average American citizen is not supportive of the trend, at least according to a Gallup poll conducted in June which shows that almost 70 percent do not think it’s fair. The numbers have been rising:

The polling showed an increase from 62 percent in 2021 to 69 percent of Americans in 2023 who believe athletes should only play on teams that match their birth gender, according to a survey conducted by Gallup. In tandem, in 2021, 34 percent of Americans said transgender athletes should be allowed to play on teams that match their current gender identity, while in 2023, only 26 percent held that belief.

Former Kentucky star swimmer Riley Gaines, who we’ve covered extensively, said that the more we see women and girls getting injured and losing out on opportunities to men, the more the public’s disapproval will grow.

“While this should never have become a political issue, there are very few issues that the majority of the general public can agree on, but this is one of them,” Gaines said. “The pendulum has swung too far, and people are beginning to see what’s at stake if it continues.”

“The percentage of Americans who disagree with allowing men to compete in women’s sports will only increase, but unfortunately, more girls will be injured, exploited in a locker room, and lose out on opportunities in the meantime,” she added.

Gaines has become an active voice in opposing men in women’s sports, and many young female athletes look up to her:

It’s messages like this that remind me what and who we’re fighting for

14-yrs old is too young to be worried about whether or not only women are playing in women’s sports. pic.twitter.com/evOsUhDcF9

— Riley Gaines (@Riley_Gaines_) September 15, 2023

See:

The number of people who question the morality of changing one’s gender has also risen:

In addition, the Gallup survey asked about Americans’ views on the transgender population more generally, which found that 55 percent consider changing one’s gender to be morally wrong, while 43 percent said it was morally acceptable. In 2021, 51 and 46 percent of Americans answered the same question, respectively.

Not surprisingly, younger people tend to view transgenderism more favorably, with 60 percent of 18- to 29-year-olds feeling it was morally acceptable to change genders. Only 32 percent of Americans aged 50 and older hold that view.

Gallup issued a statement that said the majority of people uncomfortable with men playing women’s sports felt the competitive advantage biological males have makes it unfair:

“It appears that Americans view transgender sports participation more through a lens of competitive fairness than transgender civil rights,” Gallup stated in its press release. “Even Democrats, who mostly support LGBTQ+ rights and affirm the morality of gender change, are divided on the issue of whether transgender athletes should be allowed to participate on teams that match their gender identity rather than birth gender.”

As more and more states pass laws banning biological males from competing in women’s sports, it’s clear that this is going to remain a hot-button issue for the foreseeable future. The Biden administration has generally supported the idea that an athlete should be able to compete based on their chosen gender identity instead of the gender they were assigned at birth.

Here’s U.S. Assistant Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine, who’s transgender, saying that the laws are “politically motivated”:

Rachel Levine says that transgender children “have more mental health issues from harassment and bullying” but that there should no limits on the ability for minors to go through dangerous sex changes or for boys to play girl’s sports. pic.twitter.com/Fl2zNrNw4M
